Are there any fees for Purchasers & Vendors?

There is no fees for purchasers.
There will be brokerage or Agent fee which will be paid by the vendor/seller  at the time of the settlement. Any Advertising cost will be applicable by agreement with  the vendor  if ever required. Please refer our Commercial Listing Agreement for more information.

Do I need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement?

We require all our Buyers to sign a Confidentiality Agreement /NDA  for each of the business that they are interested and is essential for a Purchasers photo identification to be provided like Drivers licence or Passport on returning the Confidentiality Agreement

Can the Buyer meet the Seller and obtain information directly?

We encourage all parties to communicate directly with each other, after a clinic site visit, this way all parties have a better understanding of the operational aspects & we will provide fiscal information as required.

Is there a requirement to have a solicitor and tax advisor?

Yes, the buyer and seller can use their own professionals for the transaction or we can recommend from our panel. We strongly recommend all parties to use and seek independent professional advice throughout the process on legal, financial and taxation matters etc.

How long does the sale process takes?

It depends on number of factors- size of the business, complexity of the operation, nature of the ownership, availability of funding and information etc. Our aim is to complete the transaction as soon as we can, we have number of process is in place to minimise the delays. We have the capacity to pay 100% attention to the each element of the deal.

How long does it take to find a Buyer?

It is difficult to give an exact time scale. Generally good quality businesses in GP/Dental industry sells more quicker than other industries if priced correctly. Advantage we have is that there is number of GPs, Dentists and investors are already registered with us and waiting to invest in good quality businesses in this sector. We have over 1500+ registered practice buyers Australia wide & all have signed off on a Non-Disclosure Agreement & provided photo ID.

How do we decide on the sale price or the value of the business? 

We are not professional Valuers, however we can quickly undertake an assessment and provide an indication of the value of the business. This will help the vendor to make the decision without recurring any cost or time. Alternately, the Vendor can obtain a professional valuation to establish the market value & we can also provide a valuer/medical accountant practice valuation  of your clinic. Listing your business for sale with us, the valuation cost is complimentary.

Is that a requirement to have an exclusive agreement?

Yes, exclusivity help us to market the business more efficiently and effectively, also to maintain the confidentiality.
